Guidelines

This event is part of the regular patrol challenge of the troop. Both Rover and Girls-in Rovering of COS ageing between 18 to 25 years from Crystal Open Scouts can participate as Delegates and observers. One delegate and a maximum of two observers for each group. Other than these criteria, anyone can participate as a guest.
